About Me

I was raised in Northern California and Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

I was a member of the 1977 Brighton High School Graduating Class. I attended college at BYU and the University of Utah.

Later in life, I earned an MBA from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University-Pamplin and did Post Graduate Certifications at the University of Virginia - Darden.

I have added value to several Fortune 500 Companies in Sales and Management capacities which include Motorola, Verizon, and BMW.

I have been the founder of three successful companies ranging from Wireless Communications, Mortgage Brokering, Real Estate Speculation, and Real Estate Consultation.

I have always loved Real Estate from my first Lease Option at 19 to a growing portfolio of properties over the last 25 years. I have an exceptional ability to analyze and develop creative cash flow strategies. I find high equity margins and properties at 50% or less of the replacement cost.

I firmly believe in passive-residual income is the answer to wealth building as a low-risk high yield retirement plan. It really is the only income that matters to us.

I am currently the Managing Partner of Park Heritage Capital Equity, LLP with offices in Cottonwood Heights, Henderson, and Scottsdale.

In my personal life, I enjoy tennis and have a USTA NTRP rating of 5.5. I hold a 2nd Degree Black Belt Kenpo Karate. I love flying privately and prefer the Pilatus PC-12 NG over anything in the air. One of my greatest joys is skiing, as an Expert Skier, I have skied all over the world.

Throughout my life, I have enjoyed being a writer of both fiction and non-fiction stories.

I volunteer with local charities and youth organizations. I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
